Title: One of my Users cannot log into Gallery anymore

My user has been able to - in the past - log into the gallery and upload photos. Suddenly, she cannot log in anymore. So I changed her password and tested it by logging myself in using her login and uploading a photo. It all worked. So I sent her the new password. She logged in and it still greeted her with, Welcome Guest, and it did not allow her to use any of the member functions.

So I looked at her screenshot (attached) and it showed she was using IE. I use Firefox. So I logged in using my IE. Everything worked fine. I'm assuming it is on her end. So I asked her to clear her cookies and temp files. It STILL does not work. She is still getting, Welcome Guest.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? We are both becoming very frustrated and there must be some solution to this, I would think...

Have you checked her IP is not blacklisted in coppermine?

Has she tried with Firefox?
