Title: The group table does not contain the Anonymous group and other errors

Tried to upgrade from 1.4 to latest and I get this error.

I checked the solutions here:

adding the extra row (in fact row 3 was Guests, so I inserted an Anonymous row No 4)
and re-edited the new config file to much dB settings.

However, I still get the same error when I try to run update.php. When accessing the index file I get:

While executing query 'SELECT name, value FROM cpg15x_config' in include/init.inc.php on line 181
mySQL error: Table 'translat_forum.cpg15x_config' doesn't exist

Now I edited the cpg extension on my config file to match the one of my current cpg version (cpg_145) and when I try to log in I get:

Welcome to Coppermine update
• • • ERROR • • •
The following errors were encountered and need to be corrected first:
Could not authenticate you - Try again

although I use my correct gallery log in info.

Ok, that was solved (I do not know how).

Another issue I notice is that comments are displayed as ????
The gallery was in utf-8 (both the actual pages and the dB and relevant tables collation) and remains as such.

For example the comment
Νάντια, δεν σ'έχω γνωρίσει ακόμα από κοντά, αλλά αν ισχύει αυτό που λένε για τα κατοικίδια και τα αφεντικά τους, κι από τις φωτογραφίες που έχω δει απ'τις συναντήσεις σας, ο γατούλης σου σου μοιάζει πολύ!! :P Να σου ζήσει!

is displayed as this on the page
