Title: cannot see display pics and some pics do not display

My site was recently hacked and I had to reupload the entire site to my server.  Upon upload the Coppermine Gallery appears to work find although the most recent 20 or so galleries do not display the following
a) selected thumbnail for that particular gallery
b) all thumbnails within those galleries
c) you can see the image outline and file info, and when you click on it the main picture will appear just fine.  It is a thumbnail issue and I am not sure how to resolve this.

 I have tried the following through Coppermine admin tools
refresh database
Update thumbs and/or re-sized photos for all galleries

Anything else I can try?

- Intermediate size: http://www.nagoyafriendsparty.net/gallery/albums/Pictures/97/normal_P1030175.JPG (works not: 404)
- Thumbnail: http://www.nagoyafriendsparty.net/gallery/albums/Pictures/97/thumb_P1030175.JPG (works not: 404)

So the files don't exist. Using the admin tools Update thumbs and/or resized photos -> Everything: full-sized, resized and thumbs should work.
