Title: Coppermine does not send email

Probably this is not a failure of Coppermine – but someone might be able to provide help.

I have a coppermine-installation (1.5.10 and now 1.5.12) running that ceased to send emails to the admin or to those people that want to register or lost their password. This issue is - in my opinion - connected to a recent server change by the provider, who says that everything is running fine. Nevertheless I am not able to have the system send emails, neither with sendmail or by giving the smtp-credentials.
A newly installed test-version of Coppermine shows the same behavior. One strange thing is that a joomla-installation (1.5.22) running on the same server using sendmail works without any failure.
Any ideas?

I finally managed to get the smtp-Protokoll running (the provider changed parameters without telling me what). So it is pretty sure that Coppermine is in no way to be blamed for the problem. Please close thread.
