Title: View Users by "Display Name", Hide "User Name"

I believe that it would be a better to display Users by "Display Name" and hide "User Names" to avoid password attacks. Because when we choose "Allow logged in users to view the memberlist", then the entire "Memberlist" list is displayed to the user which shows them the user names. Also, "Who is online" shows last registered user name and logged in user names to unlogged users as well.

I believe this would require -
A new "Display Name" field in registration form.
Changes in the basic code to hide the usernames in comments, emails, online status, usermgr.php, etc, and display the "Display Name" instead.

Valid feature request.

OT: If you're concerned about security, set 'How do you want your users to be able to login' to 'Email address' only.
