When I upload a series of images using the flash uploader, I shift-click a range of them in the dialog box and let it rip. Works fine except the last one is always first. The rest of them are ordered properly. I always have to go into "Order my pictures" and move the top on to the bottom. Is this typical? I have my default order by position ascending, and it's assigning the first number to the last image. I realize I could change the display to filename but that's not necessarily what I want for the album.
For instance the dialog box gives me IMG_001 through IMG_008. I shift select all of them as a block and click "Open" to start the process. The album ends up in the order IMG_008, IMG_001, IMG_002 ... IMG_007.

Select the last image first, hold your shift key and then select the first image. That's not related to Coppermine, but how your browser/OS handles the 'select files' dialog. Alternatively just use Ctrl+A to select all files.

Sounds logical to me, thanks. Next time I have several to upload I'll try it and then wrap-up here.
