Title: ThumbNail displaying picture name only

I just upgraded to the most recent 1.3 version. After going through some of the albums I noticed that a few of the thumbnails only show the file name and it doesn't show the picture. If I click on the file name the large picture will display. Has anyone had this happen? Did I mess it up?
