Users cannot upload to the public gallery...
Can you help me ?

Are they getting any error messages when they upload?

Just a thought,

You seem to have your registered members set to approval in the public galleries, so you will have to approve anything they upload.

Also you have a space limit of 1mb (1024kb) for your registered users, they might have reached the limit.

If you set it like this on purpose, then please disregard my post. ;)

Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

I get an error message can not assign album

Error message = This group has no special access

powers and for the groups album list is empty

That's the group manager permissions, I was talking about the public album permissions.  Click the properties for each public album, and set to "visitors can upload files" = Yes
