I'm trying to set up coppermine to be able to upload replays from a pc game called ruse. The replays are saved as files like: "00000001.ruse", "00000002.ruse" and so on. I installed the filetype manager plugin and added the "ruse" filetype as application/ruse mime type. I also added the ruse extension under Config > Allowed document types:
I still get this weird error message:
Error - RUSE-nation.com Gallery
body {behavior: url(themes/curve/csshover3.htc );}
.dropmenu li {width: 1px;} .dropmenu li a.firstlevel span.firstlevel {white-space: nowrap;} .main_menu {overflow: auto;}

Does anyone have an idea how i can make it possible to upload this filetype?
any help is appreciated :)

Can you upload other file types? This error mostly happens when a plugin injects some content to the ajax response. Please disable your plugins one by one to find out which plugin causes that error message.

thanks for your reply :)
I actually have no other plugins installed except for the file type manager. But the strangest thing happened today: There was an update for the game, which changed all the replay files from ".ruse" to ".ruserpl". I added the ".ruserpl" to the allowed files the same way i did for ".ruse" and now it works. :D
I want to understand this problem though...
Is it possible that this error happened because I didn't put a slash at the end of Config > Allowed document types:
because before it was: doc/txt/rtf/pdf/xls/pps/ppt/zip/gz/mdb/ruse
now it's: doc/txt/rtf/pdf/xls/pps/ppt/zip/gz/mdb/ruserpl/ruse

No. As said before, something injected content. Maybe you or your provider has changed something regarding that. Maybe it will occur later if it will be changed back. If it happens again, try to upload other file types and try to use the simple upload form as well.
