Title: Intermediate View Not Working

I installed an instance of Coppermine gallery V1.5.6 on a test domain and have it bridged to a PHPBB V3 forum.  I got everything working fine and was ready to install it on my "production" server.  I installed Coppermine on the server and got it bridged to the forum.  That's working fine.

I've noticed though, that on the "production" server the Intermediate View is not working at all.  It DOES work on the test/shadow server.  I've pulled up the configuration settings in two windows side by side and I believe I've gone through every setting and haven't found any differences.  On the production server, you can view the thumbnails of a user's gallery, and if you click on a thumbnail, it immediately opens a pop-up window with the large image view, you never get to the Intermediate view with the slide show option.  Without this option, no one can rank a photo or add comments. 

I've checked on the server, and the intermediate images ARE being produced, and are in the folder.  I've checked the USERS/GROUPS setting and all three user groups (Registered, Adminisrators and Guests) have access level set to "thumbnail, intermediate, and full-size image"

I am using a custom theme and to verify that it was nothing to do with the theme, I set the theme back to "curve" and the function remains unchanged.  I've checked the FAQ, looked through the Documentation and done searches on Intermediate View with no resolution found.

Current version is 1.5.8 - update your gallery.

The option you are looking to disable is "Go directly from thumbnail to full-sized image"
