Title: A valid form token could not be found in comments

First let me say Coppermine-Gallery is great!

So I have installed 1.5.8 and everything is working great except my comments. I get "A valid form token could not be found" error whenever I try to post a comment.
My gallery is located at btothes.com and I have set up a test/test account. I have looked everywhere and have been reading the documentation/post for a few days and haven't been able to narrow down what I need to do to fix this. I have tried deleting my form data and cookies and logging in by another isp.
When I run through check versions I get no errors at all.

Any one have a suggestion I could try? Thanks in advance.

There's something wrong with that theme. Switch to one of the built-in themes for now.
