Title: Security plug-ins
Post by: pengyou on September 17, 2010, 11:54:18 pm
I have just spent more than a dozen hours organizing my webspace because of hackers :(  I eventually deleted all apps and now am reinstalling them one by one to make sure that I take advantage of all security features that the app has.  I am looking for information on how to make cpg as secure as possible.  I welcome suggestions for plugins, hacks, good ideas or just plain common sense.  Please send links to posts, webpages or even references to books that would be helpful.

thanks in advance

Keep it up to date. That's really all you need to do.

Wow!  That is easy enough.  Should I put the data files in something other than a public directory?  Sorry for asking such bonehead questions but I really have a lot to learn.
