Make sure you uploaded all the files correctly.
I can already see you didn't upload the include directory
http://lexi-ainsworth.info/gallery/plugins/onlinestats/

That error just says that it can't include a required file because its not in the directory.

Well what do I have to upload? I mean I got the link for the plugin and a downloaded it to my computer then uploaded to the gallery. So I don't know what else I can do to fix that when I don't change anything to the file and I just upload to the gallery like it says to.

use a "real" FTP tool like filezilla (who is free) to upload all the plugin files. You probably use a FTP tool who failed with some files

But I am not using an FTP program to upload it I go to my website and login and upload it from there. And if I use a FTP program I have the coffeecup that I use. Should I just upload it from there.

use filezilla as FTP app to upload the plugin files and after, install it.
But you should ugrade your gallery to cpg1.5.x. as support for cpg1.4.x will stop in the next months
