Hello,
Is it in any way possible to let the users themselfs decide which registered users can view their albums?
I'm setting up a coppermine gallery for friends and familiy AND public so some albums who are meant for family shouldnt be shown to friends or to some friends only etc
I know i as the admin can put all users into user groups and manage it that way but i would like the users themselfs to be able to select who can see a specific album
Thanks in advance

Post a link to your Coppermine - it is required when asking for support.
Also, post a screenshot of an album manager page. (modifyalb.php)

sorry my bad, didn't realize it's a requirement

Sorry but currently there are no options for that. Users can password protect their albums and pass on those passwords to anyone who need them.

ok mate, thanks for the reply!
maybe its a good idea for later? :)

It's currently only possible via user groups.

Yes, I think so. Please post your suggestion in the feature requests board.
