Title: Resend Activation Email

I am running Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.25 (stable).  I don't have a link to resend activation email.  I have searched docs, this forum, mods, and config itself but do not see any option to enable this feature.  How can I enable this?  Also, as admin can I mass resend activation emails?
