Title: Default Set , Permissions to viewable "Me Only" on album creation.

Im not really a programmer but im sure this option is avalible. I want to set it so that when a User creates an Album in My Gallery it automatically sets the viewable permissions to "me only" rather than "everyone (public)".

Any ideas ?
