Title: [Closed]: How to make Image Title mandatory while uploading

Is it possible to make Title Field mandatory field while uploading via Flash or Simple file up-loader and if the user or guest doesn't fill the title field then reject the uploaded files.

I'm sorry but could you let me know which particular topic you want to remind me of Board Rules?
I searched on the forum with related keywords with my issues and I'm unable to find any solution, that's why I posted a new thread.

Well,
I was talking about if there are any modifications, plug-in or built-in configuration for making Image Title mandatory during uploading images.
As I am not having any problems running CPG 1.5.X on my server, I don't think any necessities to post a link to my cpg installation.
Is it?
