Hello, could you tell me what should i do to have all the thumbnails in my gallery in the same size? I really couldn't find this info anywhere.

Faq says that i have to choose "exact" in "use demension" but there is no such an option.

Which docs were you reading? There is a set for 1.5 and a set for 1.4 which is the version you are using.  Unfortunately, you are a couple of versions behind so you'll need to upgrade to 1.4.27 or better still, to version 1.5.6 where you will also see the thumbs options you are looking for.

In 1.4.x those settings are in the config tab under "Files and Thumbnails Settings"
