Title: Mozilla does not play SWF
Post by: mahdi1234 on June 07, 2010, 12:39:10 pm
Hello,

How about this bug - http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,63624.0.html - this is regression from 1.4 and quite annoying to have to manually modify core file on each version update - is there a plan for having the fix to be moved to the stable?

thanks & cheers,
mahdi

You don't need to edit a core file. You either can copy that function to your theme.php, or use the plugin hook to remove the codebase attribute.

No. Needs thoroughly testing. Nobody has done so far. Feel free to do so 8)

I haven't realized theme.php alternative, that makes it pretty straighforward then. Thanks.

Workaround confirmed to work with following browsers on my system (Linux 2.6.30-gentoo-r8, KDE 4.3.5) -

Seamonkey - 2.0.4
Firefox - 3.6.3
Arora - 0.10.2
Konqueror - 4.3.5
Opera - 10.10

In the other thread you refered to we have already been through the question and answer game "What's your gallery URL?", so we really would appreciate it if you respected board rules from now on. You will go ignored if you don't play by the rules.
