Hi when i wanna Upload a Picture i get this message

Fehler
Es wurde keine Datei hochgeladen!
Wenn Du tatsächlich eine Datei zum Hochladen selektiert hast, überprüfe, ob Dein Server das Hochladen von Dateien zulässt...

Please help me how i check if my server allowes Uploads

You could post the error message in English or post on the greman board. I don't speak enough German to read it and as you have not read the board rules I am not going to go to the effort of translating it.
