Title: Hide Gallery from unregistered users

Like the "turn gallery offline" feature, this would be helpful for instance on a site that wants to create online photo approval for a business. In this scenario users accounts could only be created by an administrator. Then the first screen a veiwer sees would need to be a login screen. Once the user logs in, they would need to only see the albums assigned to them and it would be nice to be able to prevent them from being able to upload files.

I have a friend trying to figure out how to do this right now.
