Title: Change location of iScroll module in modified Blackbirch theme

I'm using CPG 1.4.26, a modified Blackbirch theme and iScroll v.2.2. Everything is working fine with iScroll but I would like to know if it is possible to change it's location on the page. Right now it appears below the album list, latest uploads, latest comments, etc. buttons. I would like to have it appear above these buttons which I assume (always dangerous) would mean moving the the button table below the iScroll module. Would this change be made using the template.html file and if so how? If not there what file would I modify to achieve this change?

Appreciate any advice.

No, that's not possible easily.
