my server recently upgraded to php 5.3.1 and now coppermine is not working on one of my site.
I also tried with upgrading to cpg1.4.26 but still i'm getting blank page.
can anyone suggest me what should I do to solve this issue.

You should have done as suggested in the docs, (in the section that explains upgrading (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#14)) and should have uploaded all files that come with the package and not just some of them. At least the classic theme (http://www.pictures.com.np/themes/) is missing, not sure what else you failed to upload. Perform the upgrade exactly as suggested in the docs.
To me it seems as if only the index is broken - the thumbnails page without parameters (http://www.pictures.com.np/thumbnails.php) work as expected. It also looks to me like you have applied a lot of modifications and add-ons, so you might want to try to disable them one by one to see if your gallery returns to normal.
