Title: Catergory Access ?

Would it not be idea for having Access for certain user groups to only have access to certain catergories. I have over 30 Catergories and over 5000 Albums and about 12,000 users its getting complicated setting each user to have access to certain albums is chaos. Is there this function in 1.3 ?

permissions on category level is being considered for future versions (cpgNG), not sure though if it will make it.
