You're using cpg1.5.2. That version currently isn't supported. You should be aware of that, since there is a shiny big warning message for you as admin that says so.
Additionally, you appear to have created a language file for cpg1.5.x for chinese, but haven't shared it with us, so why should we share our insight with you? We're not fond of copycats or people who are only takers, but not givers.
Nibbler's project gelipo.com is not being driven by a regular copy of coppermine anyway, but contains a lot of advanced features that are not available as mods or plugins as far as I know.

Could you please re-attach your file (as zip)? For me, the rar archive you attached is empty/broken.

The site http://aw8.org/ that you have added to your language file's credits section is down for me - please review. I have changed the credit sections of the docs accordingly and I have reflected the previous language file contributions in the database records for the language manager as well.
