You're using cpg1.5.2. That version currently isn't supported. You should be aware of that, since there is a shiny big warning message for you as admin that says so.
Additionally, you appear to have created a language file for cpg1.5.x for chinese, but haven't shared it with us, so why should we share our insight with you? We're not fond of copycats or people who are only takers, but not givers.
Nibbler's project gelipo.com is not being driven by a regular copy of coppermine anyway, but contains a lot of advanced features that are not available as mods or plugins as far as I know.
