Title: Edit file properties of new pictures doesn't work

Hello Etienne,

unfortunately I've got another little problem in the dialog that appears after uploading pictures
(where all pictures are listed and you can edit some properties)

After editing some file-descriptions and pressing the 'Apply modifications'-Button, the page
refreshes, but no fields are saved (see atached file).

You can see the problem on my test-configuration (you've already have access)

Right,

  This is a regression since 4.0.0rc1

Corrected in the 4.0.1 version, available ... on my computer !
