Hello,
I'm newbie in the Coppermine... and when I go to upload 1 photo I get the following message
I have been reading other post and trying to do all that is put on the manual but the problem is not solved and i don't know what more i can do to upload the photos. I get lost quickly...
If someone knows what it's the problem and what i have to do to solve it, it would be so helpful.

You should follow the install docs here (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#installation).
We don't support install packages because they cause many problems like your own.
