Title: No image view after single user upload
Post by: palos on September 25, 2009, 11:57:43 am
After installation we configured a category and an album. After we upload an image, we can see preview during join to an album but not any kind of preview in the gallery except for fullsize image. Installation said that we are using GD2. We tried also with differents image (jpg format).

Post a link to your Coppermine when asking for help - Support Forum Rule.

Check your settings for thumbnails. >>>>> Config >>>> Files and thumbnails settings + Files and thumbnails advanced settings

If this is really an upload issue use the instructions in the Coppermine manual.

4.11.4 Upload troubleshooting (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble)

Continue here if needed:

4.11.5 Asking for support on upload issues (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_support)

Make certain you follow all of the steps before returning.

Then you're running into server-sided restrictions. What do you suggested that we should advise?
