Title: [Solved]: Where is the config file to specify the database location etc?
Post by: elwave on September 15, 2009, 10:41:20 pm
Just wondering, as I just moved to a different server for my site, and I had to tell MyBB where the new database location is, and now I have to do it for Coppermine... where is the settings file where it stores this information?

Thanks for the help! :)

El! ^_^

include/config.inc.php, as posted thousands of times on this board. Thanks for reading/searching before asking question sin the future.

No worries =D  lol

Sorry about that, I did actually search the net a fair bit with Google, I guess I didn't think to search the boards themselves, I know that's a bit silly ._.

Hmm, this is weird, Coppermine Fetch (for my MyBB forum) still reports the old database server address... I wonder if it will self-update, as I can't see it has any definite values in it's config files - only variables o.O

How very strange...

Don't worry that works too! I had to update it's cpmfetch_config.php file with the new database info :)
