Title: Switched hosts, now having trouble uploading images

Hi! i hope this is the right section to post this in. I recently switched my site over to another host and now when i upload pictures, it says "upload successful" but on the page where i choose which album to put them in, the picture doesn't show up. it is just a red "x".
what can i do to solve this problem?
