Title: Email message to any registered user?

Hi

I would like to email any registered user.  I am doing this currently via sending an ecard but this is not the functionality I need - I just want to be able to get to an email interface to send the user a message.  Preferably when listing registered users, there is a link to email them.  PM is not what I require as this only notifies user once they log in.  Has this been addressed already?

Export the email addresses of your users using a third party tool like phpMyAdmin from the database. Then insert that email list into yur favorite email client to send the email.
What you're up to could be accomplished comparatively easily (run one query to get a list of all email addresses and then trigger a script to send an email to all your users) if you're a coder, and maybe there even is a mod available (search the board), but the dev team is reluctant to add functionality that results in even more emails being sent around.

I'm looking for a plugin that sent automaticly a mail to all the registert users when a photo is placed.
