after finally getting this brand new installation to behave we were testign the uploading of images. They upload fine but as admins we noticed the we have a link called "my gallery" and when we go to place the image after uploading it...there is no listing for our personal gallery.
what am I missing? oh yes i forgot too, the other admin or myself do not have the button to create an album evn in user mode.

Then why do you support in the install board if the initial install works? Moving accordingly! In the future, choose the proper sub-board for your issues. If you have upload-issues, the upload sub-board might be a good idea to post in for example.

What's the use of that link? You require login and you don't provide a non-admin test user account, so what are we suppossed to do with that link? ::)

Depends on your settings for personal galleries on the groups control panel. Can't advice anything, as you failed to post the needed test user account... ::)
