Title: Thumbnails Blurry Even After File Modification

Okay, so I searched for older threads before creating this thread. I hope this isn't a repeat.

... but when I looked in my file's code, it's already the same. And some of my thumbnails are still blurry. Is there a new way to fix this?

For example, this album: http://www.enchongdeeworld.com/photos/thumbnails.php?album=162

My thumbs are 95x95 and some are scaled down to 94x94.

Have you tested without the modpack?

Overwrite the modpack files with the vanilla coppermine files, simple as that.
