Title: User Management / Registration

This may be a stupid question . . . cpg14x

In Config - User Settings
You Have these options (among others)
User registration requires email verification
Admin activation of registrations

I can select either (yes) and get the desired results, but if I select both (yes) then
User registration requires email verification (not working)
Admin activation of registrations (works)

I was hoping for. . .
New user signs up
user receives email notification (authenticate)
admin receives notification of authenticated user requesting access
admin approves

Is this in the realm of a plugin request? or I am missing a setting somewhere . .

You can't use both options since there is only a single 'activation' feature. It either gets triggered by the user or by the admin.
