Title: Blank page after upgrading to 1.4.19

After upgrading to 1.4.19 and all worked OK. Fantastico in CPanel told me that I should upgrade to 1.4.20, however after I did the upgrade it is still showing 1.4.19 and is still showing and upgrade to 1.4.20 is available. Now if I go to my site I get a blank page. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this.

We don't support fantastico. The current version of Coppermine is 1.4.21 so that is the version you should be updating to.

After much checking, I have found that some of the files have zero bytes, files like index.php. config.php and others. Can I just overwrite thses *.php files
