Title: PLEASE HELP>>> How to change size of mini thumbs???

Hey, ich have to make my photo gallery new and i want to to make it perfect... but i have try to change size of the mini thumbs but it doesnt work.
And i have installed the STRAMM plugin... i have make some screenshoots.
