I ran a search for this and couldn't find a solution. I was on spring break and come home to find that I cannot add any files to my gallery, via the batch add process or upload page. I also cannot create new categories or albums. It seems like the site keeps directing me to a incladd.php page that cannot be found instead of taking me to the proper page. What could've happened to cause this? I have not been home and have not modified any files since before I left a week ago, when it was working fine.
My site is http://www.mprokop.com/gallery/
I tried replacing the site files with original ones I just redownloaded and it still did not work. Any ideas?

incladd.php is not a part of Coppermine. Did you perform the upgrade before other after discovering the problem ?

I can't understand where this file is coming from then! I did the upgrade when I returned home and tried to upload a new photo, because I assumed that file was missing. The upgrade went fine but I'm still getting the 404 error when I try to upload. Where could this incladd.php file be coming from??

I figured this out, for anyone who has the same problem!
Create a blank .htaccess file and upload it to your main directory. It solved the problem for me!
