Title: Welcome table

In some sites I see that welcome table is in the center of page. Same last added and popular. On the left are menu and right something else. How I can do that?

Try searching for miniCMS. It can be used to add text blocks to pages like the example you showed.

Ok I have miniCMS plugin for Coppermine Gallery. But I dont know how to move welcome on center. Its on top of the site. Can you help me?

You need a 3-columns theme, choose one from demo site

I search for some but I found only one - grassy green. I searching some black colors and navigation should be on left side not right(its stupid :o) Well if theres not theme like I sad then I search only one row(menu on the left) and dark theme.
