Title: e-Mail Confirmation Bug using Coppermine under SSL
Post by: Itburnz on April 27, 2004, 03:28:57 pm
When new users register to the gallery they receive an e-Mail as confirmation and have to click the link in the mail to confirm their account. Now here comes the problem. The link shows http://blahblah?... instead of https:// - Since i use Coppermine under SSL they receive an errormessage and start mailing the admin ...
In PHPBB there is an SSL option; would be a nice feature if Coppermine would get one as well. Now is there anyone who can tell me how i can implement a quick fix ? I checked out the .lang files and there is a variable where the link in the mail is located but i have no idea how to modify that/find that variable.

Cheers,
Itburnz

Please, don't bump an ancient topic, create your new one instead. Anyways, this is the "Feature request" so it's no support here.

Locking.
