Title: Can somebody help me please

I'm new to coppermine and have looked on your forum to try and sort of my problem but no luck.
I have made a gallery for my website http://alexandraburke.net/gallery/index.php but it won't let me upload photo's, my friend as a coppermine photo gallery and her's uploads fine but this was made about a year ago.
I really would like to get my gallery working asap so if anyone could help I would be very grateful.

Read it carefully and follow the steps as decribed in that thread.

can you change allow new user registration from no to yes please?
or create a new user - Darron and give me admin access.
or gve me your username and password via a pm.
