Can I make directly a category private, to make all the album in it private?
Cause i have so many albums in every category, and i would like make all them private.
There's a way? Or i have to edit any single album? :-\

Permissions only go by album, not category. You can edit the db directly using phpmyadmin if you know how, otherwise you need to do it manually.

What i have to do with phpmyadmin? ???

If you can't figure this out on your own, then you don't have the needed skills and should not mess with phpMyAdmin at all. In fact, forget about phpMyAdmin. Use coppermine's user interface, that's what is has been made for. Apply permissions for the albums.

Making albums private and not categories seems redundant. :o
Then telling someone to look in phpmyadmin and not telling them
how isn't much help either. :P

Why digging out a thread that's 2 1/2 years old? In addition to that support for CPG 1.4 has ended.
Locking!
