Title: admin e-mail question

I am setting up 2 different gallerys should I use two different admin e-mail address or use only 1. There needs to be a notable difference between the e-mails sent from each gallery and I don't know if the 2 gallerys will send e-mails that look the same. Any advice??? Thanks!
