Title: [Done]: Freelancer reqd - Paid work - User/Profile fields amends

Redq: within 7 working days (deadline 6 Oct)

Budget: $30/ph - max total $120 

Requirements: 1 x User (_user x) field to have drop down country list
                    2 x Profile (_picture x) field amends to increase variable to accept 200 words

Just req code.
