Title: Critical error:Script Called without the required parameters

I get the above error message when trying to upload an image, along with some custom annotations(author, title, date, etc.).

Would anyone know how/why this is happening, and if there's a fix around?

Please do a search, 'script AND called AND required AND parameters'.
