Title: Upgraded to new security & got Fatal Error + Critical Error when going to users

I tried upgrading to the new security release and I just got a blank page with the words "Fatal Error" on the top left hand corner and nothing else. I removed the coppermine.inc.php file and replaced it with my old one so the gallery still works, but I don't have the upgraded security release now

second, whenever I go into the "users" tab I get the following error:

There was an error while processing a database query

Enable debug mode to see the actual error and post it here (only the error message, not the debug_output). A link to your gallery might help as well, as we're not mind-readers.
