Title: transferring coppermine gallery from one server to another server

Hi,ive coppermine gallery installed on my webserver. Now im upgrading my server to new one. I would like to transfer the coppermine gallery from the old server to this new one.
Can i just copy the coppermine gallery folder from old to new server and copy the mysql database with the user permissions from the old server to new server.
