Title: Problemas al subir imagenes

Hola de nuevo en otro tema!
Ahora cuando quiero subir fotos a mi galeria
de tamaño extra grande me aparece esto:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9600 bytes) in /home/vol5/phpnet.us/o/ohzanessa/htdocs/fotos/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 432


Porque?¿?¿
además muchas veces intento subir fotos pero es como si
se actualizara es decir carga pero luego regresa otra vez
al cargador de fotos, u otras veces subo las fotos cargan
pero me sale 0 ficheros subidos porque?¿?
