My plugin manager disapeared from my administration options  What can I do to activate the plugin manager

It's only linked to from the config page next to the 'enable plugins' option.

Manually go to your plugin manager as explained in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#plugin_manager
