I have a coppermine gallery for my site and it has always worked perfectly until now. When I log in(im the admin) or even view the gallery I get this message "You are currently banned from using this site.". What's wrong? How can I fix it?

Empty the bans table using phpmyadmin.

where can I log in to phpmyadmin? sorry I'm not a coppermine expert :-[
